General Conditions for Exchange and Return:

     
RHD Moulin Machines has much respect for its clients and   as a serious company, aims at getting their whole satisfaction. for so, we are always ready to solve exchange and return occurencies. in this case you must inform us immediately considering the exigencies below:

   Aspects to be considered when receiving the product from the transporting company:

   
Refuse delivery in case of:

     •
Opened or Damaged Package;
     • Damaged Product;
     • Product different from what ordered; and
     • Missing accesories.

     It is very important to verify the product general conditions before signing any document given by the transporting company.
     If those exigencies are not correctly followed, it can cause many problems. however, if the product is not received properly, with any kind of damage, contact us immediately

     Exchange
     If the product presents a manufacturing defect under warranty, contact us for exchanging it. in this case the product must not have any sign of violation which invalids the warranty. all items which follow the product must be presented with the receipt, as well as the instructions manual, preferably in the product original package.

     The product will be analized by the manufacturer and, if it is proved the absence of defect or that the usage instructions described on the manual were not correctly followed, it will be returned to the client.

     Return for regret and/or desistence
     For you to return us the product in case of regret, see conditions below:

     • The deadline for purchase regret is 7 (seven)current days since the date of delivery; and
     • The product must be returned in its original package, with no signs of usage, no      violation of the parts which make up the product, with the receipt, the manual and also      the free gifts that follow it.

     Technical Assistance out of warranty

     Our machines are followed by a very well explained manual, step by step. For you to make the most of our product, besides, you also receive a DVD with your manual containing cleaning and maintenance orientations. You will see that it is easy to work and take care of your machine, but in spite of it, in case of defect and if it is necessary to return us the product, see conditions below:

     • Contact us so that we can deal with this subject and solve it;
     • The buyer will be responsible for the costs of sending, and the value of the freight will      be previously arranged with them;

     • The deadline for your machine to stay at the factory for repairing, is at the latest 3      (three) work days from its arrival date.
